Yeah, I was wrong about Patrick Roy. I'm surprised as hell I gotta say that he said no. "I can't leave because Canada has the best cereal for my kids, they don't like Count Chocula in America."
What I'm not surprised at is that he DID receive an offer and LIED about it. I knew he did, you don't have 1.2 shitloads of people saying, "yeah, he got an offer" and then we're to believe that he didn't just because he says, "Nuh uh, did not!"
Stock dropped dramatically in my book for him. Like a rock in water. Why do you lie about stupid shit like that?
I will say that he may have blown his chance, unless he piles on some really great coaching where he's at. His one son, the ex-hockey player turned singer, will need some coaching I'm sure.
